Job Description

We're looking for a personable and customer-centric Admissions Executive to ensure meaningful learning experiences for our students.

The ideal candidate is someone who has great people-skills and thrives in an exciting startup environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Address student inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a seamless and positive admissions experience for all students.
  • Facilitate online training courses, assisting trainees with their attendance for weekly courses, meeting course assessment criteria and submitting capstone projects.
  • Managing and liaising with course trainers and teaching assistants for the provision of training courses and learning support for trainees.
  • Sourcing for passionate instructors to join our instructional team
  • Manage class group chats by responding to queries from trainees and providing support where required.
  • Collect and analyze trainee feedback on training courses.
  • Subsequently implement improvements based on feedback.
  • Manage and liaise with course trainers and teaching assistants to improve the learning experience of students
  • Preparation of certifications for students after completion of the training courses
  • Handle and process student's queries/requests on re-assessment, deferment, programme switch and withdrawal.
  • Follow-up on outstanding matters after the programmes to ensure good customer service delivered
  • Represent Vertical Institute at events, seminars, and webinars, exuding passion and knowledge about our programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Proven track record in admissions or customer service, preferably in the education sector.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A genuine passion for tech and education
  • Be organised and meticulous
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and build relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics is a plus.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude with integrity and drive for excellence in work
  • A self-starter that loves a fast-paced environment and new challenges
