Key Responsibilities:
- Advise professionals via calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
- Conduct outreach, including cold calling, and follow-ups to drive interest.
- Support applicants throughout their admissions journey.
- Build strong relationships and motivate lifelong learning.
- Manage leads and track progress using CRM tools.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and programme teams.
- Represent the brand with empathy, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably in sales, admissions, or business development (experience in the education sector is a plus).
- Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach (hunter mentality).
- Confident communicator, especially with mid-career executives.
- Proficient with CRM systems and digital tools.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
