We have an exciting career opportunity for the position of Admissions and Admin Executive and invite talented individuals to join us in our mission.

The Role:

The Admissions and Admin Executive will report directly to the Principal, play a vital role in managing the student admissions process, ensuring smooth administrative operations, and supporting compliance with regulatory requirements. This position is key to delivering a positive student and parent experience while maintaining high operational and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review the applications of prospective students (local and aboard) based on admissions policies.
  • Responsible for all students status on their Student Pass application, appeal, issuance, costs incurred etc.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of student applications and enrolments.
  • Liaise with academic staff, parents, and students to ensure timely and efficient processing.
  • Support general administrative functions including student records, timetabling, and correspondence.
  • Assist in preparation of reports, letters, and official documents as required.
  • Provide frontline support to students and parents, addressing queries professionally and promptly.
  • Support audits, including preparation of documentation and evidence for EduTrust and CPE.
  • Maintain accurate records to ensure readiness for compliance checks.
  • Provide administrative support, including purchasing the office supplies.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience. Prior working experience in a private or international school environment is a priority.
  • Experience in student admission processes is a must.
  • Familiarity with the EduTrust certification scheme is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage students, parents, and staff.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
