What You Will Be Doing
- Resident Support: Act as the first point of contact for residents and tenants, answer phone calls, handle enquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Onboarding New Residents: Assist new owners and tenants in the application process for card access, keys and manage move-in/move-out logistics to ensure a seamless transition into their new homes.
- Service Coordination: Coordinate on-site inspections for Technician and Property Executive to promptly address residents service requests.
- Administrative Excellence: Manage petty cash vouchers and facility bookings. Provide administrative support by compiling weekly and monthly submissions for HQ Accounts. Establish and maintain an efficient filing system to streamline documentation and operations. Keep an accurate inventory of office stationery and track equipment maintenance records.
- HR functions: keeping of records, computation of overtime and leave.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using technology to streamline property management tasks.
- Candidates from residential development, service industry or Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Management will have an added advantage.
- Minimum of O Level or equivalent qualifications.
