Provide a variety of administrative and clerical tasks for the Global Head of EHS
Job Responsibility
Under general supervision, perform a variety of detailed clerical duties such as filing, copying and data input
Check and verify data for completeness and accuracy
Collate global energy data and manage reporting
As assist in the management of CSR for the company
Publish monthly Safety Bulletins to Company employees, addressing key and topical EHS issues
Provide assistance in maintaining a variety of safety documents
Compile matrix and statistics related to exposure factors concerning occupational illnesses and accidents and prepare reports for submission to safety management
Manage and upload critical documents on the EHS database
Assist in preparing safety reports
Coordinate training of workers concerning safety laws and regulations, use of safety equipment, devices, and clothing, and first aid
Collect and distribute minutes from Safety Leadership Team meetings
Maintain Corrective Action Database
Other duties may be assigned
Job Requirement
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration
Minimum years of experience: 1-2 years

Must be a self-starter
Proven track record of attention to detail and seeing tasks and projects through to the end is a must
Work diligently and professionally at all times
Be assertive, fair and consistent
Technical Skills
Must be proficient in WORD, PPT and EXCEL
Maintain familiarity with legislative changes and update Company procedures to reflect / encompass requirements
Must be able to communicate in English Verbal and written, mandarin speaker desirable
