Job Summary
You will support daily business activities by managing email correspondence, processing purchase orders, coordinating with production, maintaining records, and providing general administrative assistance in an entry-level role.
Responsibilities
- Respond professionally to customer email correspondence to maintain clear communication
- Process and track purchase orders accurately to support procurement and production needs
- Coordinate order details with the production team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
- Maintain organized documentation and administrative records to support operational efficiency
- Provide general administrative support to facilitate smooth daily office operations
- Follow instructions and work independently to complete assigned tasks effectively
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken, to support business interactions
- Use basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, to complete administrative tasks
- Demonstrate organization, responsibility, and eagerness to learn in a professional setting
