Administrative operation assistant

About the role

Sincere Culinary Development Pte. Ltd. is looking for an Administrative Operation Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our organisation. This role is based in the Chin Bee West Region.

Respnsibilities

- Performing day-to-day operational duties.

- Timely and accurate processing of customer orders.

- Handling customer inquiries and providing sales quotations.

- Manage customer requests efficiently and resolve issues promptly.

- Coordinate with various departments regarding customer orders.

- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely restocking and efficient organisation.

- Assisting with daily purchasing operations, including material sourcing and liaising with local suppliers.

- Maintaining all necessary documents and reports required for SFA, MUIS audit and relevant safety certifications.

- Managing inventory movement to ensure smooth operations.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of office policies and procedures.

- Perform other general administrative duties as required.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing demands.
