Responsibilities:
Handle front desk operations, including answering, screening, and directing phone calls.
Handle office access door control and attend to visitors
Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, deliveries, and dispatch arrangements.
Ensure accurate tracking, documentation, and filing for records.
Manage office supplies, stationery, etc
Assist in filing, documentation, and record management
Assist in arranging scheduled maintenance and ad-hoc servicing for office equipment, facilities, and motor vehicles.
Assist in renewal of equipment license and contract upon expiry.
Support any ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the management
Requirements:
Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent
At least 1-2 years of administrative experience
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
Other Information:
Working hours from 8am to 5.30pm from Monday - Thursday, 8am to 5.00pm on Friday.
