Job Objective:
- Manage daily administrative operations of the reception area, which include maintaining documents and receiving visitors, and delivery matters (incoming and outgoing)
- Provide general administrative support for the Operations department
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage all phone and in-person interactions in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer general enquiries (face-to-face or phone) related to United Oil's business and direct specific enquiries to the relevant stakeholders
- Ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of the reception area, conference rooms and visitor holding areas at all times
- Receive documents and courier packages, and prepare delivery documents (outgoing DO) when necessary
- Ensure the sufficiency and functionality of all stationery and office copiers to relevant stakeholders
- Conduct other administrative tasks such as documentation, filing and data entry when required by the Operations department
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Specifications:
Minimum education qualifications:
- GCE O Levels or equivalent
- No experience required
Key job-specific competency requirements:
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Pleasant disposition with good customer service skills
- High attention to detail
