Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Officer based in Singapore. The Administrative Officer will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, support business operations, and ensure the smooth running of the office. Responsibilities include organizing schedules, managing correspondence, maintaining records, assisting in customer service, and providing support to leadership and team members as needed.

Qualifications

  • General Administrative skills, including document management and record-keeping
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities for interacting professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Administrative Assistance and Organization skills to support efficient business operations and manage schedules effectively
  • Attention to detail, time management, and multitasking capabilities
  • Proficiency in office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma is highly preferred
  • Experience in the financial or insurance industry is an advantage
