Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to support the company's daily administrative operations. This full-time role involves working closely with operational teams to coordinate office tasks and liaising with technical teams for documentation management to ensure the smooth running of our projects.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple functions
- Assist in the preparation of formal letters, reports, and other related documentation to support operational processes
- Maintain key company documents, records, and filing systems while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Correspond with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders through various communication channels
- Support general office operations and perform other administrative duties when required
Job Requirements
- Relevant experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
