Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Executive to support the processing and administration of hire purchase (HP) loan applications.

In this role, you will manage loan documentation, coordinate with banks and financial institutions, and ensure smooth administrative workflows from application through to loan disbursement.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in automotive loan documentation, finance administration, or hire purchase processing who enjoy working with financial data and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Loan Processing & Administration

  • Process hire purchase (HP) loan applications and assess basic eligibility requirements
  • Conduct credit searches and collect necessary documentation from customers
  • Compile and submit loan applications to banks and financial institutions for approval
  • Manage loan documentation and ensure completeness throughout the application process

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with internal teams, banks, and financial institutions to facilitate loan approvals
  • Follow up on loan applications and respond to loan-related enquiries in a timely manner
  • Coordinate documentation verification, facility drawdowns, and redemption requests

Loan & Facility Documentation

  • Handle loan documentation for block discounting and other financing facilities
  • Maintain accurate loan and financing facility records
  • Monitor loan progress through to disbursement

Reporting & Administrative Support

  • Assist with preparation of loan and financing facility reports
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for compliance and audit purposes
  • Provide administrative support to ensure loan processes run efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in automotive loan documentation, hire purchase financing, or financial administration
  • Familiarity with hire purchase loan processes and financial documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to handle financial data accurately
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: From $2,500 (higher for candidates with relevant experience)
  • Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)
  • Variable performance bonus

Additional Information:

  • 5-day work week: Monday Friday (9:00 AM 6:00 PM)
  • Annual leave: 14 days, with incremental increase after 2 years (up to 18 days)
