Job Description & Requirements
- This position reports directly to the CEO.
- Requires minimum of 5 years of experience doing administrative and office management related works.
- Issuance of tax invoice and chasing of payment.
- Working hand in hand with the finance department to ensure all account related matters are in order.
- Well-versed in shipment procedures to carry out clearance of imports.
- Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills and able to correspond with different stakeholders including clients, suppliers and financial institutions.
