Gate-In Operations: Receive incoming containers/vehicles, verify shipment paperwork (booking confirmations), and record container numbers and seal integrity.
Gate-Out Operations: Manage the release of containers or goods, verify driver credentials and authorization, and ensure all customs or payment requirements are met.
Inspection & Damage Assessment: Conduct visual inspections of containers or cargo to detect visible damage, and report discrepancies.
Data Entry & Reporting: Update container inventory status in terminal or depot management systems.
Documentation Management: Issue and verify gate passes, inspection reports, and work orders.
Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with drivers, yard planners, and repair teams for smooth container handling and movement.
Customer Service: Respond to inquiries regarding container availability and movement.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: GCE N Level or equivalent
Able to perform overtime work when required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
