About the Role
We are looking for a detail oriented Administrative Executive to support our sales and operational team. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth order processing, accurate documentation, and timely communication with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders, invoices, and sales documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with the sales team, customers, and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
- Maintain proper records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Assist in preparing reports and basic data tracking for management review.
- Support office administration and other operational tasks when needed.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in administration, sales support, or customer service roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
