Job Description

Eduquest International Institute is a Registered Training Provider by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) to offer high quality, industry-relevant skills-based training programmes leading to the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ). Responsibilities -

- Daily/Monthly Adult Educator (AE) deployment for classes and make necessary changes

- To arrange induction related to Administration tasks for new AE

- Coordinate with relevant departments after CD requested for (Train The Trainer) TTT for any new courses

- To maintain updated sheet on AE class observations & MOE Registration monitoring

- Responsible for verifying, sorting, filing and storing all physical and electronic documents which include the registration forms, student contracts, confirmation letters/emails, attendance registers, assessment records and any other documents required by SSG /Committee for Private Education (CPE), Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSHC) or any other bodies.

- Follow-up with Learning Support Executives (LSES) on the absent reasons for the trainees and the reasons in the Class Run Status, and record the reasons in the tracking spreadsheet.

- Uploads data in TP Gateway (TPG) as per the internal cut-off timelines (course runs, sessions, attendance QR code, attendance upload, payment confirmation, assessment records)

- Monitors the TAEMS and TPG interfaces and attends to any errors promptly.

- TRAQOM daily update into result upload sheet and respective trainers file

- Prepares operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly) in the agreed communication channels

- Class administration including: Prepare course materials for classes (AR/Answer Sheet/MCQ/Recipe/props and lay-out rooms set- up for assessment)

- Assists in trainees morning check-in (trainee personal info update, E-Registration Form signing, Props, etc)

- Covers duties at other campuses as and when required.

- Other task assigned by the Reporting Officer from time to time

Requirements

-Candidate must possess at least Pre-U/A level/College in any field

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office in particular MS Word and MS Excel will be essential / Google Mail / Training Management System

-At least a 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

-Preferably Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

-Good team player and able to interact well with others

-Good communications (spoken & written) and interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively

-Reliable and take ownership in work

-Proactive and detail driven with a flexible, can-do attitude

-Able to prioritize, multi-task and complete job duties in a timely manner

- Able to support remotely on weekends where required.
