Job Title: Administrative Executive cum Robotics Educator
Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to take on a dual role as an Administrative Executive and Robotics Educator. This position combines front-end administrative responsibilities with teaching and mentoring students in robotics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys working with children, and has a passion for education and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Handle daily administrative operations, including class scheduling and attendance tracking
- Manage student enrolments, registrations, and payment follow-ups
- Respond to parent enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email in a professional manner
- Coordinate trial classes, make-up lessons, and class arrangements
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation
- Support marketing activities such as event coordination, roadshows, and promotions
- Ensure smooth day-to-day centre operations
Robotics Educator Duties:
- Conduct robotics classes for students (typically aged 3-16)
- Teach basic to intermediate robotics concepts, including building and programming
- Guide students in hands-on projects and problem-solving activities
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents when required
- Ensure a safe, engaging, and positive classroom environment
- Support students in internal projects or external competitions (if applicable)
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent (preferably in Engineering, IT, Education, or related fields)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with children
- Basic knowledge of robotics or willingness to learn (training will be provided)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in enrichment centres, tuition centres, or customer service roles
- Experience teaching or assisting in robotics/STEM-related programmes
- Familiarity with platforms such as LEGO, Scratch, Arduino, or micro:bit
Working Hours:
- 5-day work week (including weekends)
