Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Reports directly to the Centre Manager.
  • Perform regular site inspections and implement follow-up actions to uphold high safety standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate with contractors for maintenance, repairs and renovation works.
  • Liaise with vendors and tenants on matters relating to renovation works.
  • Assist with accounting and administration matters.
  • Recording minutes and assisting the MCST in preparing documentation for AGMs, EGMs or Bimonthly Sub
  • Committee and Management Council meetings.
  • Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.

    Job Requirements
  • Candidates should possess a minimum Diploma in Building, Engineering, Facilities Management, Business
  • Accountancy or a related discipline.
  • Experience working with basic accounting will be an added advantage.
  • Good computer literacy/knowledge.
  • Pro-active attitude, meticulous, organized and able to multi-task with an understanding of building services.
  • Willing to work on alternate Saturdays (half-day).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
