Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch for a rewarding internship opportunity! This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in an accounts environment, enabling you to contribute meaningfully to ongoing projects whilst developing your professional skills alongside experienced accounting professionals. As an Intern, Account Assistant, you will take on the following key responsibilities in collaboration with our accounting team.

What you will do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Partner with the accounting team to manage daily accounts payable operations, ensuring GST compliance and maintaining accurate fixed asset records
  • Conduct monthly reconciliation of supplier statements, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy
  • Support asset labelling initiatives and contribute to maintaining comprehensive fixed asset documentation
  • Review and validate daily GST postings, prepare journal entries, and assist in GST submission processes to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Maintain and enhance supplier master data integrity, playing a key role in supporting operational efficiency
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the accounting team to broaden your experience.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

  • Available to start from May 2026 for a minimum of 6 months or more.
  • Currently studying or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals and standard practices
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data entry, and formatting
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is a bonus, but not required
  • Keen interest in developing skills in Accounts Payable, GST/tax compliance, and Fixed Asset Management
  • Solid capability in data verification and reconciliation activities
  • Willingness to build expertise in supplier master data management and journal entry preparation
  • Meticulous approach to detail with a strong commitment to financial accuracy and documentation standards.
