Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant (with Data Entry) to support daily administrative tasks and ensure accurate, efficient data management. In this full-time remote position, you will be responsible for handling a range of clerical duties while maintaining precise records and contributing to smooth operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Perform accurate and timely data entry into spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems
- Organize and maintain digital files, records, and documentation
- Provide general administrative support such as scheduling, calendar coordination, and email management
- Prepare reports, forms, and internal communications as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Monitor data for errors, inconsistencies, or duplication and take corrective actions
- Support other departments with clerical and administrative tasks as required
- Assist with inventory, records audits, and internal tracking systems
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred)
- 12 years of experience in administrative support and/or data entry roles
- Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
- Experience using data entry systems or CRM tools is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
