Responsibilities:
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks in the educational department, including scheduling classes, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Support the enrolment process, including managing student data, applications, and payment tracking.
- Prepare claim forms, invoices, and other office documents.
- Handle correspondence via email or phone when required.
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Education, or related field.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Prior administrative experience is a plus.
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers)
