Job Purpose
To manage all administrative matters of the Global Engagement Department.
Job Responsibilities
Operations
Provide secretarial services and administrative support to the Department
Assist in the coordination and implementation of programmes / project which include putting forward quotations, booking of halls and equipment, and other assigned duties under the programmes / projects
Responsible for purchase requisition, orders and goods receiving.
Develop and maintain a central administrative and filing system
Assist in the coordination and implementation of service, projects and activities of the department
Stakeholder Management (International Relations)
Manage and liaison with volunteers of the organisation
Attend to general enquiries pertaining to the services of Singapore Red Cross Society
Undertake any other duties as assigned
Job Specifications
Qualifications and Experience
Prior working experience in the social service sector or in administrative work would be an advantage
Fresh graduates from polytechnics are welcome
Additional Skills and Knowledge
Possess excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with good command of English
Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well to people of all levels
Computer literate
Good planning and organisational skills
Meticulous and process-driven
Able to work independently as well as being a good team player
