Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-orientedAdministrator to support our Operations, Accounts and HR departments. This role involves handling data entry, maintaining accurate records, assisting with documentation, and performing ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Support
- Generate quotations and liaise with customers for confirmation.
- Generate delivery order once job has been done and follow with invoicing.
- Update and maintain control sheets using excel.
- Maintain workers name list for customer submission.
- Maintain and update lifting and equipment certificates.
Accounts Support
- Generate invoices after job done, using accounting software Quickbook. (Training would be provided).
- Generate Statement of accounts for customers during month end.
- Follow up receivable with customers.
HR Support
- Assist with data entry for employee's timesheet.
General Administrative Support
- Maintain and order company's employee uniform.
- Monitor and manage office supplies to support daily operations.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements :
- GCE, Nitec/Higher Nitec in Business Service.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong communication
- Candidate must be a Singaporean or Singapore PR
- Organized, precise, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
Language Skills
. English (required)
. Mandarin often preferred (To liaise with Chinese-speaking client/Vendor/Workers)
