Prepare and submit fire safety plans, documents, and applications through SCDF e-submission platforms such as CORENET.
Liaise with SCDF officers, Qualified Persons (QPs), engineers, consultants, and relevant stakeholders on submission requirements and updates.
Monitor and track submission progress, approvals, comments, and revisions to ensure timely completion.
Assist in addressing SCDF comments and coordinate resubmissions where required.
Coordinate with engineers and consultants to obtain drawings, calculations, and supporting documents for submission.
Prepare quotations and follow up on billing, payment, and related documentation.
Maintain proper records of submissions, approvals, correspondence, quotations, and project documents.
Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, report preparation, and document control.
Provide administrative support to the project and engineering teams as required.
