Job Duties:
- Provide timely and accurate administrative support to lawyers, legal assistants, and practice management staff.
- Manage day-to-day tasks such as document preparation, scanning, printing, photocopying, filing, and archiving in line with firm guidelines.
- Coordinate with business services teams for mail, courier, and other logistical requests.
- Maintain and update client databases, records, and file management systems for both electronic and hard copy documents.
- Assist with expense claims, petty cash, and currency requests in a timely manner.
- Support internal and external events, meetings, and practice group initiatives as required.
- Handle general office tasks including managing correspondence, answering calls, and amending documents.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies, procedures, and work practices while proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Participate actively in team meetings, training, and development activities, taking responsibility for ongoing learning.
- Adhere to workplace health and safety obligations at all times.
