Main Purpose of Job:
Primary duties to support the logistics team on documentation and other administrative matters, to ensure an efficient operation.
- Working Location: Block 104C, 27D Loyang Crescent, Loyang Offshore Supply Base, Singapore 506823
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri | 09:00am - 06:00pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assist in the day-to-day general administration.
- Preparing invoices and reconciliation
- Updating of reports.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned.
Person Specification
Knowledge
Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Skills
- Attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills (works well with deadlines)
- Communication skills,
- Ability to work well with others.
- Effective problem-solving skills
Experience
- 1-2 year of experience in administration roles (Logistics exp preferred)
- Min PSLE, GCE N or O Level qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
