Job Summary
LP Law is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. This entry-level role suits organised individuals who are eager to learn and comfortable managing client enquiries and administrative tasks in a professional law firm environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to basic enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp during office hours
- Arrange and coordinate client meetings and appointments
- Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, and handling documents
- Assist with file opening, coordinate basic administrative processes, and support invoicing
- Support daily office operations and other ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
- Candidates with little or no prior law firm experience are welcome to apply
- Comfortable communicating with clients over the phone and messaging platforms
- Organised, responsible, and willing to learn
- Able to work in a professional office environment
- Training will be provided.
