Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry, scanning and filing of documents
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to staff and engineer, including updating attendance records and planning overtime in timesheets.
- Handle various administrative duties such as petty cash claims and other.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for special projects and events as needed.
- Assist with any ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required.
- On-the-job training will be provided
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data management.
