Administrative Executive (Sales & Procurement Support)

About the Role

Anson Industries Technologies Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to support sales operations, procurement activities, and general administrative functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate order processing, timely purchasing coordination, and smooth communication between customers, suppliers, and internal departments. The role may also involve interposting or cross-functional assignments based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage sales orders, including order entry, sales confirmations, invoicing, and delivery coordination
  • Liaise with customers on order status, documentation, delivery schedules, and general enquiries
  • Handle procurement activities, including preparing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and monitoring deliveries
  • Maintain accurate records of sales orders, purchase orders, inventory-related documents, and customer information
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfilment
  • Prepare reports, filing, data entry, and general administrative support
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards
  • Support ad-hoc administrative duties and cross-functional assignments as required

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in sales support, order processing, procurement, or customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable and willing to undertake interposting or cross-functional assignments when required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using ERP, inventory management, or accounting systems
  • Familiarity with procurement and inventory processes
