Key Responsibilities
Administration & Operations
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple clinic locations.
- Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and reporting between clinics and management
Marketing & Branding
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to promote clinic services.
- Manage the group's social media presence, website updates, and digital content.
- Develop promotional materials, newsletters, and patient engagement initiatives.
- Track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
Business Strategy & Growth Support
- Assist management in preparing business plans, presentations, and reports.
- Support strategy implementation for clinic expansion, partnerships, and patient acquisition.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to align operations with business objectives.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related discipline.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in administration or marketing (healthcare/clinic experience an advantage).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both internal stakeholders and patients.
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently in a multi-clinic environment.
