Key Responsibilities
. Lead and manage the administration team across China/SEA offices and ensure consistent administrative standards.
. Develop and implement administrative policies covering office management, travel, procurement, facilities, security and logistics.
. Oversee high-level business reception including client visits, government meetings, industry delegations and senior management visits.
. Plan and manage corporate meetings, industry conferences, internal events and large-scale corporate activities.
. Manage office facilities, company assets, administrative procurement, vehicles and accommodation arrangements.
. Develop and monitor annual administrative budgets and control operational costs effectively.
. Oversee corporate documentation, official correspondence and internal administrative communication processes.
. Ensure office compliance with security, confidentiality, safety and operational regulations.
. Provide administrative support to business units and project teams across China.
. Coordinate with headquarters and regional offices to ensure smooth administrative operations.
Requirements
. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administrative Management or related discipline.
. Minimum 10 years of administration management experience with at least 5 years leading regional teams.
. Experience in marine & offshore engineering, heavy industry or engineering organisations preferred.
. Strong experience in corporate reception, large-scale event coordination and administrative system development.
. Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
. Professional appearance and strong business etiquette.
. Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
. Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative documentation.
. Must be willing to travel regularly to China.
