Job Description
LOTTE CONFECTIONERY (S.E.A.) PTE. LTD. is seeking an Administration Manager to oversee internal operations and administrative functions. The role focuses on ensuring efficient office operations, supporting organizational processes, and coordinating projects across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and operational support functions
- Enhance workflow efficiency through cross-departmental collaboration
- Assist with cost management and budget execution
- Support internal projects and process improvement initiatives
- Oversee documentation, contract management, and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate staff, office resources, and facility management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in administration or operations management
- Experience in FMCG, food, wholesale, or related industries preferred
- Proven skills in organizational management and process improvement
- Strong problem-solving skills and execution ability
- Eligible to work legally in Singapore
