Drafting out MEMO, newsletters, articles and reports in English and Chinese language
Support Department and Company on operational matters at corporate level
Manage office equipment and stationery procurement
Arrangement of flights, visas letters and hotel reservations for overseas travellers
Coordinate company's logistics matters for various stakeholders
Facilitate submission of operations-related reports to Singapore and China HQ
Manage corporate entertainment and office general operation
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field
Required skills: MS Office, MS Word
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
