Job Description

Our client is a IT System provider. They are seeking for a Admin Assistant.
Work Location : AMK Industrial Park 2A

Responsibilities

  • Manage filing, data entry, and document organization to maintain accurate office records

  • Assist with creating and processing purchase orders to support procurement activities

  • Coordinate with suppliers to track orders and maintain inventory records

  • Respond promptly to phone calls and emails to provide clear information on delivery schedules

  • Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers in English to facilitate smooth transactions

  • Coordinate delivery schedules and liaise with transport providers to ensure timely delivery


Required competencies and certifications

  • Proficient use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel) to complete administrative tasks
  • NITEC or Diploma in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.Strong communication skills to interact with clients, suppliers, and team members
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
