We are looking for a motivated Admin & Sales Support Executive to assist our sales and after-sales team with administrative, invoicing, and customer-related tasks. This is an ideal role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented.
Responsibilities:
. Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales and after-sales team
. Assist the sales team in handing customer general enquiries, generating accurate quotations and managing follow-ups on outstanding orders and schedule delivery.
. Assist the after-sales team in maintaining and follow-up service contract, maintenance schedule, replenish order and contract renewal.
. Issue Delivery Order, invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments
. Maintain office consumables inventory & order supplies when necessary
. Oversee office and equipment maintenance with service provider
. Assist with call, general office administration and ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
. Proficiency in English.
. Minimum GCE O/N Level or equivalent fresh graduates are welcome
. Strong attention to detail and basic MS Office or software knowledge
. Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
. Good communication and time management skills
. Able to work independently and as part of a team
