We are looking for a Sales Administrator to support our sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth order processing. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the sales team
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders
Coordinate with customers, operations, and finance teams
Maintain and update customer and sales records
Handle customer enquiries and follow up on orders
Assist with sales reports and documentation
Support tender submissions and contract documentation
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant sales administration or office administration experience
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
