Job Description

TT Oil (Singapore) serves as the strategic Asia-Pacific headquarters for our regional lubricants and logistics operations. We are a fast-growing hub dedicated to driving supply chain excellence and operational efficiency for our lube product lines across APAC markets.

We are seeking a versatile and proactive personnel to join our Singapore regional headquarters. This role focuses on end-to-end logistics and operational management of our lubricant products and logistics services across Asia Pacific. You will support daily operations while gaining exposure to the administrative and financial aspects of the business, grooming you for a future leadership position.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Logistics Coordination: Manage daily logistics and shipping documents, coordinating with clients and transport partners to ensure timely delivery.
  • Operations Support: Oversee inbound/outbound activities and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient space utilization and accurate inventory levels.
  • Administrative Management: Maintain detailed records of forms, bills, and invoices, supporting the department with essential documentation and reporting.
  • Financial Handling: Support billing processes and invoicing to ensure smooth financial transactions between stakeholders and freight forwarders.
  • Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with forwarders, carriers, and regional agents to track shipment status and resolve any delivery discrepancies.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing process optimizations to improve cost-efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Mid-level qualifications such as a Diploma or Higher NITEC in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations. Prior experience in an administrative or basic finance-handling role is a significant advantage.
  • Bilingual: Strong spoken and written Chinese and English.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel for data tracking, Word for documentation).
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Meticulous attention to detail for handling shipping and billing documents.
