Job Description

Liaison Between Departments:
Act as a bridge between different departments to facilitate effective communication and coordination. Ensure that departmental needs, updates, and feedback are relayed accurately to relevant stakeholders.

Operations Administration:
Oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring processes run efficiently. Support management in implementing operational policies and procedures.

Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels regularly to prevent stockouts or overstocking. Place orders for supplies and materials as needed, maintaining optimal stock levels. Keep accurate records of inventory transactions.

Reporting:
Prepare and analyze reports on operational performance, including inventory status, departmental activities, and other key metrics. Present findings to management and suggest improvements.

Staff Scheduling and Management:
Manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency. Coordinate with team members, handle shift allocations, and monitor attendance and punctuality.

Other Administrative Duties:
Assist in preparing documentation, maintaining records, and supporting various administrative tasks related to operations.

Transport and Vehicle Management:

    • Utilize personal vehicle for work-related travel.
    • Ensure vehicle maintenance and timely service for smooth transportation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or operational roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with inventory management systems.

Basic understanding of operational workflows.

Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
