Job Scope
- Manage daily administrative tasks and resolve medicine delivery issues efficiently
- Investigate and follow up on patient and client enquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Facilitate seamless communication between stakeholders, including employers, doctors, clinics, and internal departments.
- Responsible in financial administrative tasks, including preparing refunds, raising credit notes, and collecting outstanding payments from patients or employers.
- Proactively identify customer's needs and sustain a culture of service excellence within the organisation.
- Responsible for keeping inventory of office equipment and their maintenance, including ensuring there are sustainable supplies of stationery and other consumables.
- Responsible for reporting to the Operation Manager / Operation Executive of any machine breakdown or damage to property.
- Attend training as assigned by Operation Manager / Operation Executive.
- Able to be deployed to other medical centres including supporting of Community Health Day and MMS events when necessary.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Operation Manager / Operation Executive.
Requirement:
- Possess good customer service and communication skills
- Prior hospitality experience will be an added advantage
- Able to work weekends (5 days)
