1. Manage and coordinate office administrative functions and procedures

2. Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars

3. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required

4. Assist in basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing and expense tracking

5. Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative standards

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above expected

2. Preferred fields of study include, but are not limited to, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Public Policy, International Relations, or related disciplines

3. Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

6. Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
