Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership and accountability for driving business development across assigned client accounts.
Customer Focal Point
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, streamlining quotations, bid submissions, and day‑to‑day communication to ensure clear information flow and efficient business interactions.
Business Development
Identify, build, and sustain long‑term business opportunities to support profitable and sustainable growth.
Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong, positive customer relationships to achieve the desired targets.
Customer Care Management
Proactively create solutions and resolve business issues efficiently to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Contract Management
Ensure accurate and timely contract preparation, filing, and delivery, providing customers with a seamless and reliable experience.
