Admin & Marketing Executive
We are looking for a motivated Admin & Marketing Executive who can support our sales operations, assist in daily administration, and drive our online presence. This role is a combination of sales support, admin, and marketing - ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities
A. Sales Support & Administration
- Act as backup to Sales Coordinator: issue delivery orders, invoices, and assist in documentation.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, order confirmations, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain and update customer records, filing, and databases.
- Support payment follow-up and basic accounts coordination with part-time accountant.
- Assist with stock and delivery coordination (liaising with store man & delivery team).
- Support simple local purchasing (office supplies, packaging, etc.).
B. Marketing & E-Commerce
- Update and maintain company website & e-commerce platforms (product listings, photos, descriptions, pricing).
- Manage company social media pages (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) with regular posts and updates.
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Prepare product catalogues, brochures, and simple marketing materials.
Requirements
- Diploma / Certificate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in admin, sales support, or marketing preferred (fresh grads welcome to apply).
- Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) knowledge of website e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Good communication skills (written & spoken).
- Able to multitask and willing to learn new skills.
