Job Summary
Provide administrative support to the Research Lab and Purchasing Departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize Certificate of Analysis (COA) documents to ensure accurate record-keeping for lab processes
- Maintain and update Technical Data Sheets (TDS) to support product information accuracy
- Handle Safety Data Sheets (SDS) to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Monitor and ensure adherence to relevant compliance requirements within lab and purchasing operations
- Enter, update, and maintain formula data in the Quality Assurance Database (QAD) for accurate product formulation records
- Manage ISO documentation to support quality management system standards
- Perform general laboratory administrative tasks to support smooth lab operations
- Assist the Purchasing Department with procurement-related administrative duties
