Job Title: QA & R&D Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a QA & R&D Executive to support theR&D Supervisor in managing food safety systems, product documentation,regulatory compliance, and production trials. This role will be responsible forISO 22000 and HACCP documentation, product specifications, COA management,recipe amendments, and assisting in product development and scale-up processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Assurance & Food Safety System
- Maintain and update ISO 22000 documentation and procedures.
- Support HACCP plan implementation and review.
- Prepare documents for internal and external audits.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements.
2. Product Specification & Documentation
- Prepare and update product specifications.
- Generate and verify Certificates of Analysis (COA).
- Liaise with suppliers for raw material specifications and documentation.
- Maintain proper documentation control system.
3. Recipe & Regulatory Management
- Assist in recipe formulation amendments.
- Review ingredient lists, allergen declarations, and labeling compliance.
- Ensure formulations meet regulatory and customer requirements.
4. R&D & Production Trial Support
- Assist in planning and executing production trials.
- Record and analyze trial data.
- Monitor product flow during scale-up to mass production.
- Coordinate with Production and Purchasing teams during new product launches.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food manufacturing (bakery industry preferred).
- Experience in ISO 22000 and HACCP documentation.
- Familiar with product specifications and COA handling.
- Detail-oriented with good documentation and coordination skills.
