Responsibilities
Admin (70%)
- Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and quotations.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email.
- Handle order tracking, product availability, and delivery schedules.
- Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the relevant sales team member.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, reports, and proposals.
- Monitor and report on sales performance.
- Liaise with the warehouse or logistics team to manage stock levels and delivery timelines.
- Ensure all order processing complies with company policies and client expectations.
HR (30%)
- Handle staff insurance and medical issues.
- Handle in end-to-end recruitment process.
- Process work passes application and liaise with immigration on foreign workers related matters.
- Manage employee benefits utilization such as leave, medical benefits as per HR policy & guidelines.
- Preparation of HR department correspondences that includes HR letters.
- Assist in calculating overtime hours.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Admin or a related field.
- At least 2 years in human resource role or similar experience.
- Able to commitONESaturday per month (1/2 day)
