Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
1.1 Build recruitment framework from scratch for factory set-up.
1.2 Manage recruitment channels, organize interviews and selection, and maintain a talent pool.
2. Employee Relations & Compliance
2.1 Handle employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and confirmation procedures.
2.2 Support in resolving employee relations issues and maintaining a positive work environment.
2.3 Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and regulations.
3. Compensation & Benefits
3.1 Assist in developing salary structure and benefits policies.
3.2 Manage payroll, CPF contributions, and statutory requirements.
4. Training & Development
4.1 Design and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and competencies.
4.2 Support in establishing performance management systems.
5. Government & Administrative Affairs
5.1 Assist with work pass (WP, S Pass, EP) applications and renewals.
5.2 Liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance with employment regulations.
6. Others
6.1 Support the Admin & HR Director in departmental management and ad-hoc projects.
