Job Description

  • Support HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Verify workers job cards and timesheets for payroll processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of leave entitlements, including annual, medical, and other types of leave.
  • Handle applications and renewals for Work Permits
  • Coordinate training programs for workers
  • Assist with ISO, Green & Gracious, and other audit preparations.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented and meticulous in work.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • At least 2 - 3 years of experience in HR related field in construction
