LOCATION: BUKIT BATOK CRESCENT
WORK WEEK: 5 DAYS (MONDAY TO FRIDAY)
WORK HOURS: 9.00AM TO 5.00PM
- Handle support day to day HR & Admin related matters
- Handle workers recruitment, employee onboarding, application, cancelling, renewal of work passes, course application etc
- Preparation of workers HR letters on employment, confirmation, promotion, disciplinary etc
- Ensure all documentation are properly filed
- Handle workers leave application, medical claim, claim submission, government grants, insurance etc
- Any other duties as assigned
- Minimum 2 years experience in Admin & HR Function
- Basic knowledge of Employment Act, IRAS and MOM regulations and HR best practices
- Positive working attitude, people oriented, strong team player, meticulous and pleasant disposition
- Attention to details and accuracy in handling HR documentation.
- Ability to manage multi tasks and prioritize effectively
