- Manage HR matters for both white-collar staff and blue-collar (construction) workers.
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, leave and training administration, employee benefits, and general HR operations.
- Maintain and update the HR database, prepare monthly reports, and complete authority survey submissions.
- Provide support for administrative functions across departments.
- Assist in organizing company events and participate in CSR activities.
- Contribute to HR initiatives, programs, and projects.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Provide reception coverage when required.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
