Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Executive to handle employee onboarding processes, including work pass applications, background verification (BGV) checks, documentation coordination, and maintenance of administrative records. The role requires strong communication, follow-up skills, and the ability to manage multiple employee-related processes efficiently.
Manage Work Pass applications (EP/SP/WP) and coordinate with MOM portals.
Conduct and track Background Verification (BGV) checks for incoming candidates.
Coordinate with new hires on documentation for onboarding, ensuring timely submission.
Maintain and update employee records, databases, and documentation trackers.
Follow up with employees and vendors on timesheets, documents, pending items, etc.
Assist HR/Admin team with general administrative duties and compliance requirements.
Support onboarding activities such as orientation scheduling and IT/access requests.
Ensure all processes comply with company policies and Singapore regulatory guidelines.
1-3 years of experience in HR/Admin, recruitment coordination, or onboarding support.
Prior experience handling Singapore work pass applications is highly advantageous.
Familiarity with BGV processes and onboarding workflows.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in MS Office.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.
